Das Landhaus (The Farm Cottage)
Sleep peacefully in this quaint historic cottage, lovingly restored for that special get-a-way. A stroll through the courtyard will lead you to the private entrance of this room. Inside you'll find a comfy queen bed, sitting area, wood beams, flickering fireplace & large ceramic tile shower. Quiet views of pasture & courtyard.

Das Kleine Haus (The "Little" House)
You'll love snuggling-up in this unique, private, rustic & romantic "little" room. A cozy double bed awaits under a vaulted ceiling with exposed brick & wood beams. Enjoy the large ceramic tile shower & the original sliding barn door. A small desk area is perfect for reading or writing. Peaceful pasture views.

King Room
In the main house, climb up the original walnut staircase & discover old world charm! This most spacious room offers a King bed, sitting area for two, flickering fire and lovely views of country hillsides & the oldest Persimmon Tree in Missouri. A Chandelier lights your private bath with tub & shower.

Queen Suite
This 2 Room Suite is located on the second floor of the main house and has a comfy sitting room for relaxing AND an adjoining quiet bedroom with Queen bed. Your private bathroom updates include a beautiful granite sink top. You'll enjoy relaxing courtyard & pasture views. This suite can sleep 1-2 additional guests for $65 each person - This is a great suite for families /close friends or for those who don't mind to share a room, but want separate beds.

The Gathering Room on the 1st floor of the Main Haus is where guests can meet, listen to old records, play table games, read from a great selection of books, warm up by the fire or watch a movie from our DVD library. Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Tea & homemade treats can ALWAYS be found here as well.

Soak away your stress with an enjoyable hydro-massage in our outdoor Hot Tub by signing up for your private time. Catch a beautiful sunset, count shooting stars on a moonlit night or enjoy a early misty morning... all guaranteed to relax the mind, body & soul. Spa Robes & Slippers available in each room.

~ Check-in - PLEASE no earlier than 3 p.m. Later than 6:00 p.m. by appointment // Check-out 11:00 a.m.

~ Payment by check, MC/Visa or cash preferred / Credit card required to hold reservation.

***In Room NO smoking/burning policy enforced – up to $200 service fee***
Excessive cleaning and/or property destruction fees may apply

~ CANCELLATION of reservation more than 14 days from stay = no charge. Cancellation within 14 days from stay, no refund if room goes vacant. IF the room can be re-booked = $25 Cancellation fee. No refund if cancellation is within 24 hours. Must call in person!

~ Cats, Chickens & Sheep on property / Rooms require use of stairs to gain entry.

~ No TV in rooms (DVD Player for movies only available in Gathering room).
